DO I NEED A TICKET FOR OKTOBERFEST CORNWALL?
Yes, everyone attending the event will need a valid ticket.
We recommend only purchasing tickets through our official ticket channels. If you choose to buy a ticket privately from another person, please be aware this is at your own risk. Tickets that have already been used, scanned, or are invalid will not allow entry.
WHERE IS MY TICKET?
Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address used when making your booking. If you can’t find it, please check your junk/spam folder first. If it hasn’t arrived or has been lost or deleted, please contact us at info@swfestivals.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No. Digital tickets are accepted. Simply show the PDF from your confirmation email or access your ticket by logging into the ticket provider’s platform on your phone.
WILL I NEED ID?
We are an 18+ Event so you will require I.D. We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?
No. Alcohol cannot be brought into the event. There will be a range of bars on site serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
CAN I BRING MY GUIDE DOG?
Guide and assistance dogs are permitted. Unfortunately, no other animals are allowed on site.
ARE THERE ANY GROUP AND STAFF DISCOUNTS?

WHAT TIME IS LAST ENTRY?
Last entry is two hours after the venue doors open.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A VIP TABLE?
VIP table tickets include entry for up to 8 guests, with your own reserved table for the ultimate Oktoberfest experience.
Our team of dedicated waiters and waitresses, dressed for the occasion, will provide table service throughout the event - meaning you won’t even need to leave your table to visit the bar.
VIP tables are located directly in front of the stage, putting you right at the heart of the action.
WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET?
Tickets can be purchased through our website or via our official ticketing platform. If tickets aren’t on sale yet, you can sign up to be notified as soon as they’re released.
CAN WE DRESS UP?
Absolutely! We encourage you to embrace the Oktoberfest spirit and dress up for the occasion. Lederhosen, dirndls or your own Bavarian-inspired outfit are all welcome - the more festive, the better!
CAN I BRING FOOD?
Unfortunately, no food can be brought into the venue. Don’t worry though - we’ll have plenty of delicious food options available on site, including all the Oktoberfest favourites you’d expect!
HOW BIG ARE THE BEERS?
You can purchase a 2-pint souvenir stein from the bar, which you can keep after the event.
Alternatively, beers are available in either 1-pint or 2-pint servings in regular plastic cups.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR?
No. Chairs of any kind are not permitted.
If you require seating, please purchase an unreserved seating ticket or VIP table ticket.
If you have difficulty standing for long periods, please make sure you purchase a seated ticket, as there is no seating available in the standing area.

FIRST AID AND WELFARE
Yes. First Aid and Welfare services will be available on site throughout the event.
If you have any healthcare concerns during the event, please visit the First Aid & Welfare tent.
CAN I PAY BY CARD AT THE EVENT?
Please see the list of prohibited items below. Any prohibited items brought to the event will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Anyone refusing to hand over prohibited items may be refused entry or removed from the event.

Air horns
Alcohol
Animals (excluding registered guide or hearing dogs)
Any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
Audio recorders
Cameras with detachable lenses or recording equipment
Chinese or sky lanterns

Yes. Both cash and card payments will be accepted at the event.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
Unfortunately, no. Readmission is not permitted once you have left the event.
