DO I NEED A TICKET FOR OKTOBERFEST CORNWALL?

Yes, you will need a ticket. In 2024 we will only have the 1 session of Oktoberfest

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET? 

Yes, as stated at the time of booking you will need to print your ticket and bring it to the event with you.

WILL I NEED ID? 

We are an 18+ Event so you will require I.D. – We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL? 

No alcoholic drinks will be permitted. There will be plenty of bars at the event.

CAN I BRING MY GUIDE DOG?

Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted, but no other animals are allowed on site.

ARE THERE ANY GROUP AND STAFF DISCOUNTS?

CAN I TAKE A CAMERA? 

If you are a photographer looking to apply for photography/media access at the event then please email your request to info@oktoberfestuk.co.uk

WHAT TIME IS LAST ENTRY?

The last entry time is 2 hours after the venue doors open.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A VIP TABLE?

VIP table tickets include entry for up to 10 people with a reserved table for the best experience with all of your friends.

We have a team of waiters/waitresses dressed for the occasion who will provide you with table service. You won't even have to step up to the bar!

VIP tables are situated immediately in front of the stage giving you the best Oktoberfest experience you can get. You're so close you can almost touch the stage!

WHERE CAN I BUY  A TICKET?

You can buy a ticket by visiting the Tickets page. The tickets may not have gone live yet but you can sign up to be notified when they are available!

CAN WE DRESS UP?

We encourage you all to dress up! Lederhosen is welcome! We have even seen some halloween spirit on the final weekend of October in the past.

CAN I BRING FOOD?

Unfortunately no food will be permitted into the venue. We have big enough buns and large enough sausages to go around!

HOW BIG ARE THE BEERS?

You can buy a 2 pint souvenir stein from the bar which you can keep after you leave! Alternatively you can buy a beer, 2 pint or 1 pint, in a regular plastic cup.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR?

Chairs of any kind are not permitted. If you think you will need/want seating, please look at buying an unreserved seating ticket, or a VIP table.

If you have an issue standing then please make sure you purchase a seated ticket as there is no seating in the standing area.

FIRST AID AND WELFARE

We will have First Aid & Welfare services available on site. Please Visit the First Aid & Welfare tents on site with any healthcare issues during the event.

CAN I PAY BY CARD AT THE EVENT?

Please see the below list of prohibited items. All of the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

  • Aerosols

  • Air Horns

  • Alcohol

  • Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)

  • Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

  • Audio Recorders

  • Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment

  • Chinese or Sky Lanterns

  • Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

  • Fireworks

  • Flares

  • Garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks

  • Glass

  • Illegal substances

  • Knives

  • Large Umbrellas or Flag Poles

  • Legal Highs

  • Medications - unless in sealed, unbroken packaging

  • Megaphones

  • Nitrous Oxide

  • Open and sealed containers of liquid/water/soft drinks/food etc

  • Portable Laser Equipment or Pens

  • Smoke Canisters

  • Sound systems

  • Spray Cans

  • Un-authorised Professional Film or Video Equipment

  • Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets

All bars will operate a cashless system, so this means that card payments will only be accepted.

Food traders may take cash but each event is different, so please keep an eye on all social media for updates.

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

Unfortunately not, we do not allow readmission once you have left.

If you wish to come to more than one session then please also make sure that you have a ticket to each session you wish to go to.
